Help answer this question below.

I recently bought a Webkinz elephant for my Grandson at a yard sale. My daughter told me that the name is always listed on the tag. There are 2 tags on the elephant but none have a name only a number. There is also the W on it's foot. Why no name? Thanks

    Ok take the # and go online with your webkinz to www.webkinz.com and click on new member, then You Come Up With The Name. After you have done that, it will ask for a secret code... that is the number,(be very careful when there is.... here is an example(not real)
    (X2R3Ukl4I3 make sure that you put the capital letters when needed)And then she can go online with her "virtual pet" Hope that I helped.
