If this is the question you wanted answered, I can only tell you that the desire to have a baby can be the strongest most overwhelming desire in a woman's life. Nothing else matters unless she manages to accept her inability to concieve, and that is a tough one to accomplish.
At 19, she has a long time to have a baby. She needs medical information, time and understanding. Once she stops trying to get pregnant, she probably will. Her body will relax and conception will be more likely.

If you are asking what is causeing her inability to concieve, you said it...her uterus is tipped and it makes conception more difficult. But not immpossible.

She should see a doctor. There is nothing wrong with her, it is always different to have given birth to your own kids rather than adopt.
