I also have a tilted uterus. I was told by the doctor that it should not cause me any problems at all when trying to concieve or during pregnancy. As I understand it, it is fairly common for women to have a tilted uterus, and this straightens itself out after the first pregnancy. Or becomes tilted with pregnancy. It's not a cause for concern - of course, I don't know if this is different in her case. So don't take my word as gospel.
Anyway - 80% of healthy and fertile couples will fall pregnant within around a year of actively trying (at least 2-3 times a week). By 18 months, around 90% would have fallen pregnant. So that she has not yet become pregnant in itself is not worrying.
There are a bunch of reasons, entirely unconnected to her uterus, which could provide the key: diet, stress, lifestyle, general health, past contraception... So maybe she will want to visit her doctor to discuss this.
