Why when you breathe through you nose, do you breathe in through both nostrils, but only breathe out through one?

    well well well.....i have been experiencing these difficulties and was always wondering if my other nostril was blocked or something

    I just experimented this, and I definitely breathe in AND out through both nostrils!

    I can do both. I can control my breath. I learned how in Yoga Class.

    I think you might have a partially blocked nose, mine seems to work fine!
