As a woman who was addicted to pain medication for years, it's my guess that you are past the point of just taking them for the pain and have gone beyond that point. My advice to you would be to go to your medical doctor and ask for help, go to a Narcotics Anonymous meeting, or if you are truly sick, get into a detoxification program (withdrawling from opiate painkillers is very uncomfortable and very dangerous). Good luck!
Why are you taking pain meds and how are you getting them?

You're reading I'm a 5'2" 110 lb. female. I take 3 - 7.5mg Vicodin ES tablets at a time, 3 to 4 times per day. I do it for a few weeks at a time and then switch to darvocet for a few weeks. Am I addicted?
