I am charged with precursor with intent to manufactor meth. should i plead guilty and hope for a lesser sentence or plead not guilty and hope for the best

    To me it depends on what is the worse that could happen in both cases.If your a first time offender (never been in trouble)and this is a misdemeanor in your state,I would plea not guilty and wait and see what they offer,thats if you were actually in posession of the precurser and were actually going to make meth with it.If you have been in trouble before or if this is a felony,get a lawer,let the lawyer decide what to do,because it could have an affect on the rest of your life.

    Learn The Constitution or whats left of it!

    It states that no one shall be incarcerated with out "standing". Legal definition of "standing" is: Physical bodily harm/loss. Meaning if you assault some one or rob someone, that is standing. Drugs is not standing.

    Learn The Constitution America.
