Help answer this question below.
I know this is a hard issue to deal with.
When I make videos for YouTube--I only
use material I have filmed. I either use
no music or put on something I wrote.
Is it being taken off because of music--then
either substitute it for copyright free music
or use something someone will give you permission
for.
If the material is a show taken off the television
or from a dvd--then that is harder. Many companies
are pressuring YouTube to take down these videos.
I know when you upload--a big deal is made of
only uploading original material and not taken
from live shows or recordings.
I know this is probadly not the answer you were hoping
for, but a lot of us are dealing with this on
YouTube. If you can enclose a link--then I will
look at it when I am there and see if I can help
you more.

Does anyone know why Onision was banned from Vidcon? I'm not really an avid follower, but I noticed on facebook the letter he was sent.

well, i don't know what you mean by links but it's kind of good to know i'm not the only one with the problems here. i was uploading my first video, a naruto amv (anime music video), and this morning when i checked my e-mail, i found out that the video was taken off. i tried uploading back on there two more times but it just told me it was taken off- again- by copyright and stuff. +6.
