Depending on what type of gun it was you could:
- shoot someone (firearm)
- bang a nail in (nail gun)
- glue something (glue gun)
- staple something else (staple gun)
- spray stuff (spray gun)
- strip wall-paper (heat gun)
- etc.

Lock it up before a police officer sees you with it and shoots you.
