I don't know the whole situation, obviously, but it sounds as if it could be theft of services to me. I would go to the county attorney and file a criminal complaint. If you don't want to do it that way, you can file a complaint in small claims and sue the employer, but it will cost you $65.00 to file the suit whereas, a criminal complaint is free.
How many months does it take to walk off a 5 year sentence in kentucky, i have served 12 months and been out for 15. when will i have served out completely
