When the law states that a driver can not drive more than 11 hours, and a trucker can no longer hold his eyes open, why do C H P wake them and tell them to move on?

Because CHP cares about safety...They are taught at the academy that safety (when applied to class 8 vehicles)is spelled R-E-V-E-N-U-E...
