If it has a USB port then all you need to do is jack it in. You should be able to navigate through the phone's internal memory from your desktop.
If there is no USB port, you're fairly well screwed. Bluetooth might work if both teh phone and your PC have it, but most desktop systems and many laptops lack Bluetooth.

My last camera-phone had neither USB nor a card slot. The only way to grab pics was to use the phone to e-mail the pics to myself.
My current phone has both a USB cord (it recharges via USB, and the adaptor is actually a USB power port with detachable cord) and a Micro-SD slot, so I have more options open to me.
