whats a mouemat and do you have any San Jose sharks or Oakland Raider ones?
If you use only the word "Dolphins" and a generic image of a dolphin you are OK. If you use the words "Miami Dolphins," whether or not they are in the form of the official logo, you are not OK. If you use the generic stuff, but add a football, you might have a problem, though you could argue you were representing all of the football teams in Miami, pro and high school and etc.

You're reading I want to sell mouemats showing sports teams eg "Miami Dolphins". I can't use their logo directly but can I use bands of colors with the generic text "Dolphins" on it and a generic graphic image of a dolphin. Am I breaking any copyright or trademark laws.
