Okay, i just got my vertical labret pierced last night. at the moment i only have soap to clean it with, no salt. is that okay?

    It will work for now, until you can get some salt. Make sure you dilute it, and the more scents and stuff it has the more you need to dilute it, and make sure to rinse thoroughly. Leaving it alone is the most important thing to remember. Some people can heal piercings with almost no aftercare, just by making sure they never touch it.

    not really. soap & water can dry it out which can keep it from healing.
    if you have any alcohol free mouthwash, make a solution of half mouthwash, half water & use that to clean the piercing.
