Jost go to an upgrader like hollegrehm(sorry for the spelling) you can upgrade weapons there but upgrading into higher upgrades may not safe.. you can break your weapon/armor... here's the list of it


Armors: you need an elunium and a fine of 200z and can be upgraded safe at +4
Weapons:
lvl 1 weapons, you need phracon,50z and can be upgraded safe at +7
lvl 2 weapons, you need emveretacon,200z and can be upgraded safe at + 6
lvl 3 weapons, you need oridecon, 5000z and can be upgraded safe at +5
lvl 4 weapons, you need oridecon, 20000z and can be upgraded safe at +4
