I don't know where you are in the World,But here in the UK you have whats called a "cooling off period"where you have a "No questions asked"period to cancel loan agreements.The first thing to do is to contact the Loan company and explain as to why you want to or need to cancel the loan.They should be sympathetic if you give them a good enough reason,+3 (good luck)
If you're not covered by a "cooling off period", you'll have to deal with whomever sold you the car. Be prepared to pay out some cash, if the person who sold you the car will even deal with you. The loan company won't help you.
