    Just Me

    Bridges of Madison County
    Shakespere In Love
    Casablanca

All of these films are terribly romantic and have a common theme; love denied. Each film shows lovers that have a brief moment in life where they taste true love but are unable to be with their love. While tragic, it is often true and unfulfilled love brings stronger memories than fulfilled love in reality. These films portray this better than most.

Does anybody remember ' On Golden Pond ' ?
Not exactly designed as a romance by any means, but the way the main characters interacted was so beautiful.

The actors were Henry Fonda & Katherine Hepburn.
    Check it out sometime.
Any man would be so lucky to have a woman love him like she did him in the movie.

    Love Actually

Why? Because I can relate to the character who stands on the girl's doorstep flipping through his pile of signs. I can't not cry during that scene! (I don't want to say anymore, because I don't want to spoil for anyone who hasn't seen it.) And it's also a great movie.

Bridges of Madison County is also terribly romantic, but some people may find it too sentimental / sappy. I was an absolute mess at the movie theatre!

Brokeback Mountain is also very romantic (and a great drama) if you are not homophobic.
