I would contact the Superintendent of the hospital. I would tell her/him about the whole experience.
I would also ask her/him to pick up the hospital bill because of such poor service.

I'm angry and feel like they don't care about patients, we didn't even get to go in a room the doc talked to us in the lobby, we didn't get the care we needed! And now have a huge hospital bill ugh.

You're reading I went to the hospital and my three yr old son and husband have the swine flu, my husband has horrible bodyaches and asked if they could prescibe him something stronger then tylanol, why would they refuse to prescibe him something?

I want to talk to someone but I don't know who I would ask for, I just want to talk to someone that will listen and maybe do something about it, I know it's not a big deal but it's got me really upset, I don't like to feel as though my family got swept under the back burner!

I think it is a big deal, myself. Your family should not have had to go through that. I would encourage you to take this complaint right to the top.
