Yes, but you did not consider the contract situation. Some minor leaguers are "minor league free agents" and can sign anywhere they want. Some have contracts with major league teams, which would make promoting a successful minor league team to the majors a "major" headache.

I get the contract thing, ,but I il like the fact that the Braves organization could possibly have 2 teams competing at the major league level. Let's put the best teams in the MLB.

I'm with you on that. Do you think KC or TB might break the Mets record for futility this year?
by weatherman taking week or so off on April 2nd, 2007
I wrote this question with KC in mind. They will score runs this year, but their pitching SUCKS. It's like they don't care if the ball makes it to the plate. So KC will definitely lose more than 100. I think they will win 60 games, though. I think TB might surpise people. Their problem is they play in the AL East. Put them in the West and they might be wildcard potential.

The Nationals and Phillies are off to a poor start. I think the Phillies might recover, but the Nats might be chasing that Met's record for losses. They're in a tough division, too.

Yeah. The Nat's are looking bad and don't have ANY pitching prospects. It's going to be a long year. I think 120 is in reach.
