He committed suicide two years later due to not having the time to see his children as a result.
Yes. In a minute I would. They get enough money already. But this petition will have to go to a congressman. And they dont care about anything that does not put money in their pockets or get them re elected. Hence why the CSED system has not been amended since the 80's.
Should child support be based on the child's needs, the non-custodial parent's income, or a combination of the two?

boyfriend went to jail.Over 1 mo.due on child support.Had to pay 3,500 to get him out.Judge want tell us what money was for.What can we do?

You're reading Non custodial parents, would you sign a petition to stop Child Support from lumping your overtime, extra part time income, or a second full time job, above a normal 40 hour week, into your Gross Income?
