Non custodial parents, would you sign a petition to stop Child Support from lumping your overtime, extra part time income, or a second full time job, above a normal 40 hour week, into your Gross Income?

    yes

    In 1998, a father who was working 80 hours a week to put his wife through school was ordered to continue working that to pay child support when she left him for a fellow student.

    He committed suicide two years later due to not having the time to see his children as a result.

    Yes. In a minute I would. They get enough money already. But this petition will have to go to a congressman. And they dont care about anything that does not put money in their pockets or get them re elected. Hence why the CSED system has not been amended since the 80's.
