My 1994 Chevrolet Silverado (V8 305) is not starting. The Starter doesn't even "click" when I turn the key. Would this be a ground problem? I just put a new starter in and replaced the positive and negative wires from the battery.

    Did you check the battery. If the battery has less the 12 volts the starter willnot operate. Always start by testing the battery. Randomly replaing parts will cost you more in the long run. Slow charge the battery and see what the test shows afterwards.

    are you sure all conections are tight? if so check the ignition module.
