I've never been frigid but I would have to think it has to do with a man being inexperienced in bed. If a woman isn't satisfied she may think this is all to sex. And therefore taking that attitude she'll become frigid.

You mean not want to have sex with you? Could be any number of things. Besides the above, somtimes it may be that she's insecure about her own body, or that she's afraid to have someone be that close to them.
