I am a huge fan of MountainRoseHerbs (add .com to go to their website). All of their herbs are organically grown by experts, their prices are very reasonable, and they even have several tinctures, infusions, essential oils, etc. already made by Grade-A herbalists. It's not a Pagan company, but all herbs have a medicinal/magical use regardless of who grows them.

Personally, I prefer to grow my own or gather them from the wild myself with my own golden sickle. I use a lot of local plants because I believe herbs are most powerful in the area in which they naturally occur. If you choose to use local plants, too, just be careful that you don't collect endangered species.
Some of the plants I use are spiceberry, sassafras, sumac, skunk cabbage, the mushroom called "peckerheads", fiddlehead ferns, dodder, serviceberries, wild persimmons (excellent for improving libido in women), wild tobacco (Nicotiana rustica), salvia divinorum, various morning glories, various Jimson weeds (BEAUTIFUL FLOWERS), fly agaric, belladonna, henbane and mandrake (it's a VERY beautiful plant- everyone should grow mandrake at home). Acorns, hickory nuts, black walnuts and butternuts make up the base of my special "passion cakes" for men. Local fruits and berries are the main components of my elixirs, which I make from home-made mead. I use honey gathered by one of my friends who has some hives in a meadow in a nearby state park.
Many of the plants I use are hallucinogenic and can be deadly poisonous, so read up on them first before trying them. This is especially true for Jimson weed, belladonna, henbane, mandrake and fly agaric.
The only thing I do buy is frankincense.
