Is using a Jacuzzi just as good as having a massage?

    that depends on who is giving the massage. It is very hard to beat a good massage, in my opinion:)

    Not at all. There is nothing like having a well trained person who has 'intent' in their mind and hands and works directly on your body, feeling for those areas that need assistance. A good therapist can facilitate healing of your body, some modalities can actually change the shape of your body, your posture, alleviate nerve and muscle pain, drain your sinuses and other things.

    No. A massage totally beats a jacuzzi, especially if said jacuzzi is a public one.(Yuck!)
