No, the Holy Bible says, how can two walk together who don't agree. If you put that all together, this means a believer in Christ and a non-believer walk in opposite directions, (they do not fundamentally agree) because Jesus said; either you are with me or against me, and Matthew 12:30 makes it clear... Matthew 12:30 He who is not with me is against me, and he who does not gather with me scatters.

Yes. I am a none believer and married my wife who is a believer in a church. Of course, I live in a free country and not the US. So it might be different there.
-
Yes. As long as the non believer will not stand in the way of the believers worship of God. and will allow any children to be brought up as believers. And perhaps the unbeliever will eventually convert. --- If the nonbeliever would prevent the believer from worship why would God santify the marriage?
-
There is no god, but people can get married in a church if they wish. It's a totally valid marriage irrespective of their beliefs.
-
Why not. It worked for me.

The unbeliever's preparedness to marry a person (in church) irrespective of that person's belief (in god) shows the strength of his/her (1) love to the other, (2) own non-belief and (3) secularism-neutrality towards others' belief (or lack of it). * The question as this ('Is that a valid covenant?!') arising in the mind of the believer betrays that person's weakness, insecurity and fear. ** These are not the aspects one would look for in a marriage-partner! *** SCORE: Non-believer, 6: god, NIL.
