    I think it is wrong!
    the expense of keeping that trash on medications is not justifiable. Simple physical castration is a much better option, although I say kill them.

    They probably won't get away with this for very long. I think it would probably be in breach of Article 3 of the Geneva Convention which forbids governments from using torture, inhuman or degrading treatment.

    sounds good, but i think they should go for physical castration as well! unless they play to burn away thier junk with corrosive acids, then its all good!
