Ok,
The pipe below the exhaust manifold (A Pipe) is the same and is used throughout all door options of the civic however the B pipe (after the catalytic converter) is different. On the diagram the B pipe looks the same and has the same bends but the part numbers are different. I'd take some rough measurements if possible because it may fit with little to no modification.
