Figure out a way to take care of the problem without beating up or being beat up. As an adult you will not solve any problems with your fist and if you do you will be arrested and fired within 10 minutes.
Those people who can figure out how to get around difficulties without obscenities or physical violence will go far in the work place and in life.

I tend to think it's best to face down the big-dog in these situations, if you blink she'll be at your throat. So I'd advise taking along a batton or club hidden up your sleeve, walk streight up to her & without saying a word batter her. She wont f*ck with you again after that I promise..... although this option may get you in a little trouble!
