    any person under the age of 20 engaging in steroids run a high risk of stunt growth as steroid will close the growth plates, so he may get muscle but he may also stunt his growth, lead to a 5 foot muscled little person.

    No, but it may cause ealy puberty. Early puberty (according to my college anthropology) will cause more popularity at that age, but it's those who had later puberty who are more self confident throughout life.

    physically perhaps, mentally no. Testosterone does not quicken the aging process it's just the male hormone which gives men their characteristics.
