In the cockpit - you can see where you are going.
The pilot's seat, because it has the best view.
By the exit. Self explanatory.
Center of plane near the wings. This is the least amount of movement. The bulkhead, or very front of plane experiences lots of movement. The tailend isn't so bad. The wings/center is best.
