My sister in law joined for a year and lost 37 lbs. You should attend the meeting every week to keep you on track, follow the points you should eat based on your age and height. Read the booklets they give out at each meeting, they teach you to eat smarter/healhtier choices. You gain weight from emotional eating habbit, eat when you are hungry only.
