Wouldn't it feel good to be able to do just what the teacher was doing eh???

I think I would like my nanny to be able to speak to my child in English. I would never employ someone in that capacity if we were not able to communicate clearly. Too important a job. Safe childcare needs communication on a far higher level than that of a gardener or cleaner for example.
