Have you ever been a victim of road rage? Did anybody get hurt?

    My wife was coming home from work one afternoon. she was going the speed limit and about to make a right turn onto a bridge. the guy behind her was in a big hurry. after making the turn, this guy attempted to pass my wife, almost sideswiping her car. this person was very upset. he drove up beside my wife and gave her the finger. being the good wife and learning what i had taught her, she wrote down the guys license plate number, car description, date, time and she called me. based on the registration of this persons vehicle and looking at his mug shot and making an identification, i took my wife before a judge and was issued a warrant for disorderly conduct and reckless driving.

    I arresed this man. on court day, the judge asked my wife what she wanted him to do with this person?

    My wife stated "an apology would be sufficient". she received the apology, in open court. this person also had to pay the fine for reckless driving and court costs. total was about $1,000.00

    To this road rage driver, this gave a whole new meaning to the word "gold finger".

    Not personally, but my aunt and her family were.

    They were on the way home from the hospital with my newborn cousin (her first).

    A Semi ran them off the road, and her stitches were ripped out. No one else was hurt.

    Rarely, but sometimes I feel it inside. I never act it on however, because you just don't know these days who might decide to shoot your a$$ for the hell of it!

    Yes once driver in nice shiny new car woudn't pull over to go thru a puddle and got stroppy when I threw my ice cream on his nice shiny bonnet for revenge haha

    I was going to work one night and I had a couple of kids nearly rear-end me at a red light. I had to floor it to avoid getting hit; they were in a full lock-up skid. Fine. We get to the highway and they blow by me. Good riddance.

    We get to the worst hill in the county. They don't downshift and I hear their engine bog and strain as they go from 80+ to under 40 and I pass them. I am LONG over the hill before they hit the top.

    Well, their high beams are closing in fast. That 1-1/2 miles becomes under 1/4-mile pretty quickly. Then their headlights go out. I wait a few seconds and swerve abruptly to the right.

    Sure as shit, they are passing me but they never fully changed lanes. Given the distances, they may well have been going for a ram. Either that or they didn't want a head-on with the guy in the oncoming lane.

    I let 'em blow by me, but as they go past, there is a dull THUD on the door. A full (large) soda cup. I guess they REALLY didn't like me passing them. Good thing I swerved far enough for it to hit below the glass. The last thing I need is a broken window AND being hit in the face while at highway speed.

    I couldn't get a description let alone a license number in the dark. maybe if they had left their lights on. Lucky me; no injuries. I hope they didn't kill anyone else that night....

    yep. A guy got mad that I accidently turned in front of him (there was enough room if he had been going the speed limit.. he was speeding, but I was too young to be a good judge). He chased me, slamed his car into mine causing me to go off the road, broke my window, grabed my phone (I was calling for help), and punched me, dragged me out of the car, kicked me, and called me every bad name you can think of. Imagine a 6' middle aged guy pounding on a 16 year old skinny girl.

    Actually yeah...last year i was on my way home and was behind this woman who was going about 45 in a 65...i was pretty close to her but not enough for her to do what she did...We got to a place where i couldnt pass her and she got out of her car came back to me and CUSSED ME OUT...i mean she looked like a freaking monster with its eyes popping out...she told me (by the way im only 18 but i was 17 at the time so) that my mom needed to get control over me...man that made me MAD..so since i was 17 i told her to hit me...i got out of the car and told her "Hit me!" i kept telling her to but she didnt...i wish she would have so i could sue her...Man that was a fun day...i remember the license plates number so if i ever see her again my fiancee is going to kick her A**

    this guy tailgated me all the way to college this morning eventhough i was already 15 above the speed limit...then i followed him in the parking lot til he parked and got out & cussed him & his friends out... he just stood there like a bitch with his head down and his friends didnt do anything. and i did it for about 5 minutes LOLLL they didnt move or anything cuz i was parked right behind them they, just stood at there doors waiting for me to move... then i gave him one last death threat & left him =] It feels so good when you can cuss out 5 or 6 people and know they're not gonna do anything eventhough they were tailgating you like they had guns or shit...
