• Yeah and that's how the government sees you and me when it comes to guns and ammunition. They want to control it all. Everyone should have the right to protect and defend themselves however they see fit. If someone tries to compromise that birthright, I will fight them until my rights are preserved. I trust me myself and I, not strangers who run the system.

• No I do not think so, people should have more faith in the goverment. Until they do some that directly interfers with our lives and the way we live, I do believe some of them are keeping our bet intrest in mind.

• Some are, but overall their plan is to take away our power, a little bit at a time to avoid a civil war. Eventually we will lose the right to bear arms and by that time, it will be too late. Hopefully people do something before that time.

• I do not think so, I mean I am onyl 20 these are only my views. But as people keep doing horrible things to other people, a lot of times for no reason then the goverment does have to step in. Because now a days if I saw a guy raping a woman and I pulled out a gun and shot her, I would go to prison, and stuff like that is where the need for goverment has came from.

• If you shoot a rapist to save a woman from being raped, I commend you for it. Why should anyone get into trouble for that? The truth is, crime takes place all over the world. It always has and always will. The goal of the wealthy and powerful is to have a one world government where they have all the power to tell us how to live. There will be no fighting back. The media is used to make crime seem like more of a threat than it really is so that people will willingly give up their rights. 911 served that purpose too. Not only was it a planned out event used as momentum for going to war with Iraq, it was planned to help pass the patriot act which is a step towards us loosing our freedoms. These same tactics have been used by corrupt governments for hundreds of years.

• I see what you are saying but, I do not believe the goverment planned that. There is no way. But the patriot acts are a load of bullshit. We are losing our freedoms, but this is America it will only go so far befor it makes the people too angry. I for one would stand up against even my own goverment if I needed too. But as of right now I do not see that being a issue, yet.

• We had better stock up now while we can. Its the American thing to do. The problem though is that if our right to bear arms was revoked from us, anyone with a legal weapon would have to give it up, otherwise the government will come knocking on your door with a search warrant. Unfortunately, the only way to combat this would be to break the law and buy guns illegally.

• I do not disagree with you, for home defence from trespassors, burglars and assailants a semiautomatic hand gun is the most effective defence... however if our nation colapses under the weight of aristocracy or eruption of yellowstone throws our nation into utter chaos, the populace will need weapons more easily upgraded to fully auto to take the nation back or defend against raiders. keep in mind economic slavery is driving our nation to the breaking point, by the time americans try taking back the government politicaly it may be too late for politics... our leadership is owned by lobyists. only by having the weapons out there already will america be able to take it's government back once that occurs. that is why the founding fathers garaunteed the right to bare arms... because that is exactly what thay had just overcome.

They lack the training or need for them. You don't hunt deer with a M-4. You can have hunting Rifles,revolvers,etc. but not military grade weapons.
