    Chicago Lady

For me that totally depends upon the time of year. In the boiling hot summer months, I eat a lot of fresh melons, berries, ice tea, cold cheeses, cold salads, etc.

In the frigid winter months I eat more hot, hearty foods; stews, soups, roasts, meals in ths slow cooker, oven baked casseroles, hot baked pies, etc.

Since our weather extremes fluctuate from 100+ farenheit in the summer to -20 below zero and colder in the winter, it is hard to eat the same food year round.

    Great Question! :-)
