I agree with the folks here who point out how lucky you are to be rid of her.
Report the incident, make an inventory of what she ruined, retain any evidence (like an insane phone call. Get a restraining order.
Tell her she needs to pay for her actions in a letter. Let her know if she does not you will see her in small claims court. Follow through! She needs to be taught a lesson.
It doesn't matter where you were she had no right to act that way.

I seen this on an episode of judge mathis or something...dont remember what. But...
A girl did the same thing to this guys house.
He took pictures of everything she broke, and then took pics of all the damaged cloths...and then sued her ass for all the $$ she now owed him.
He won his case....
I would do it, sh*t get your money back...and make the bea pay.
Then drop her like shes hott never speak to her again, and forget who she ever was.

What a psycho - even if she was still dating you this is completely unacceptable behavior. She broke into your apt, which she can be put in jail for. I would shut her out and even put her on a restraining order if this continues. Or, if you want to give her a chance just talk with her and be clear that what she did was... PSYCHO! Haha. If she wants any sort of friendship with you still she needs to stop acting like this. She isn't even with you for crying out loud!

If you have never cheated on her or caused her to feel insecure in any way then...Red Flag!!! Run get away from her because she is emotionally unbalanced.
