I think sometimes it makes the women look like they have a stick up their butt. They have to balance as they walk around, and they can't be comfortable and be themselves. Slightly high heels aren't too bad, but some of the extreme heels are laughable!

they do make your ass and thighs look better... but you posture wont improve unless you know how to walk in them.. So you need to be comfortable in them, and you'll look hot!

I get sort of knock-kneed when I wear pumps. So I don't think they help my posture one bit.
I had a heck of a time finding them in size 12, and the crotch on those panty hose keeps sinking down to somewhere between my (hairy) knees.

Not when you can't walk properly in them - then you look a bit "here's my head and my ass is coming"....
Mid height heels can give the impression that you walk taller but go to high and you just look daft!
