  • Besides wearing warm clothes, empower your heart chakra. A strong heart chakra can generate heat from within and repel the chills that would normally lead to feeling cold. A strong mind can do the same. They really go hand in hand. The same can be done for repelling the heat. Think about the monks who travel up snowy mountains in sandals and a robe without getting frost bite or too cold for their health, and the monks who set themselves on fire and burned to death without flipping out in pain. Also as the user what said, drink alcohol. Alcohol warms up the body and numbs one to feelings of coldness.

  • Wearing several thin layers of clothes will help you stay warm in cold weather. Wearing fleece slippers around the house can help keep your feet warm. Heat from external sources can be helpful. +5
