IMO, just about everything. Brownies, with hot fudge, mmmm... cherry pie filling with choc. syrup and slivered almonds, strawberries in syrup... raspberries, nuts, pie, cake, crisps and crunches...... lots of yummy stuff.
Honestly try this ... cut your grapes in half or eat them whole in ice cream!! Just throw a bunch in the bowl of ice cream and let them get cold and enjoy!!

Any kind of pie usually goes good with it, also some cakes do, maybe brownies, most desserts usually go good with it too.
Caretaker, you have my deepest gratitude for your service and sacrifice. You are right when you say there is much more sacrificed than what you sign up for. That had to have been incredibly hard for you to leave those little girls and your wife. I am glad you have the chance to spend with them now. You will never regret that. They grow up way too fast and that time you will never get back. I made many decisions putting my kids first and I'm still glad I did. Enjoy them!! Sounds like your wife is doing what she enjoys too and that's great. Makes you both happy. So keep those steamy meals coming, eh? ;-)

with vanilla icecream. ITS AWESOME !!
More ice cream.
When you are eating ice cream and want something super yummy and delicious you could put honey on it or hot cocoa mix. Possibly peanut butter, hot fudge, milk, chopped up walnuts, raisins or craisins. It all depends what you like but these are so very great choices!! :) enjoy!
Anything, as long as I'm sharing it with my lady. +2

When making box brownies I accidentally added the egg and water to the crust and did just butter for the rest. Will they still be ok?

Thx Caretaker! You sound like a lot of fun yourself. Loved the "oh baby you make my icecream melt." lol!
Tom we would all have fun, that's for sure. That's if hubby wasn't hanging around with his sighing and long face. If he's in a good mood, he can be fun too.
by ANONYMOUS on September 25th, 2009
Your husbands a lucky man, not to many women these days have fun like this, my Wife and I do this all the time; you should here us in the kitchen when were cooking chili dogs. (oh baby let me handle your dog, mamma let me put my dog in your sweet buns, oh your beans are so hot in my mouth) we usually end up a night of hot sex and maybe some gas. LOL
by President Norris 2016 on September 25th, 2009
LOL! Sounds like you two have a great time. We'd have the fun before but not the sex after. He's lacking some desire in that area. But def. the gas. LOL!! You've heard the joke about switching sides of the bed, 1/2 time change sides?
by ANONYMOUS on September 25th, 2009
No I didnt but I found it on google, yeah we do that quite a bit; the worst ass kicking I recieved was from my wife when we were first married and I passed gas and held the sheets down so she couldnt escape, the wife freaked out and beat the shit out of me, then we had some rodeo sex, good times good times.
by President Norris 2016 on September 25th, 2009
LOL I would have beat you too!!! That sounds like something my big brother would do. Used to hold us down and stuff his stinky socks in our face.
mmmmm rodeo sex... yee haw!!
by ANONYMOUS on September 25th, 2009
Oh baby, your making my lobster tail all steamy talking like that! yeah weve had some interesting times my wife and I, we survived through bad times because we always stuck together and tried to see the positive out of it; thats what young couples these days are lacking it seems, when the chips are down they seperate, but what people dont understand is people are volnurable on there own
by President Norris 2016 on September 26th, 2009
Yes, we've been through a lot together, 30 years but now is when I'm questioning whether I want to stay with him or not. Not that I have much choice. I wouldn't be able to support myself so here I am. It's complicated....
How old are you and your wife, Caretaker? How long married?
by ANONYMOUS on September 26th, 2009
im 38, my wifes 33, weve been married 13 years; we have two daughters together, 8 and 6 years old; my wife is the one working right now and I take care of the kids; I got out of the military 3 years ago and went to school right after I got out, but it was short lived, to many roadblocks at the moment
by President Norris 2016 on September 26th, 2009
You're just youngsters yourselves. lol!! Which branch of the military did you serve in?
I know how hard it is to try and go to school after you've got a family. I was in the same situation. When there was time, there was no money, when there was a little money, there was no time. now I think I'm too darn old to have it pay off. Plus we're still trying to put one child through school, helping him anyway. We're not paying for it all but it still adds up. Car insurance, cell phone, help with rent and groceries once in a while when he has a short check or loses his job, etc... I was a sahm until my boys got in school and then I started working part time and have been at it ever since. These are the fun years for you. Once they leave home, it's kind of boring...
by ANONYMOUS on September 26th, 2009
Hi again Dani. I didn't want to break into your conversation. It looks like the typhoon just brushed us. (M&T hugs)

I was a Ssgt in the Air Force, I served from 93-97 reinlisted in 2001-2006, during 9/11, Got out with plans to get an associates in Heating and Air Conditioning, I completed one year and couldnt do the coop training over the summer, decided my kids were more important; my Wife got a job at Walmart right after we moved and shes management, shes got a good thing going and loves her job, my job is taking care of our two daughters; I love being with them, I didnt get much time with them being deployed all the time, the last deployment my youngest daughter was only 3 months old when I left and when I returned a year later she didnt recognize me, my oldest did that 2 years before that time when I was deployed right after 9/11, I was gone 5 months and same thing, she looked at me as a total stranger, and thats hard, thats why I will always respect those men and women who serve, they sacrifice much more than they signed up for.
by President Norris 2016 on September 28th, 2009
You got that right sarge!
by Anonymous on September 28th, 2009
Thank you Major Tom, Yes Sir im very patriotic; there is no experience like returning to the U.S.A from a sandpit in which the inhabitants your defending would like nothing more than to kill you; any place in the USA is home after you experience something like that, and it really is hurtful and insulting when the President appologizes for American decisions, whats your take on all that?
by President Norris 2016 on September 28th, 2009
Caretaker, I did it again. LOL put my comment in the answer box. aaaggghh!! Below is the comment I made in reply to your last comment and the one I kept wondering why it wouldn't show up. LOL!!

Yeah ive done that once or twice, doesnt matter I gave you some points, so it was supposed to happen, LOL; sounds like you and I have a lot in common, weve both made sacrifices; I think life is a lot like ice cream, sometimes you get shitty globb of ice cream thats all freezer burnt, and other times you get ice cream thats to die for, with all the toppings, chocolate syrup to; things are the way they are for the short term but better days are in wait; its not all rosy with us, were currently living out on my mothers property and house hunting in town, im confident we will find a nice house to buy; when the kids get a little older Ill look for something part time
by President Norris 2016 on September 29th, 2009
Thanks for the points!! I don't care that they're idiot points, I'll take 'em. lol!! Believe me raising strong willed boys was tough and they about drove me crazy but I still wouldn't trade that time I had home with them for anything. It put us behind financially for me not to work but money isn't everything. It is hard to be where you're at right now, but you're right when you say things will get better. They do. Just be very careful to give your wife and yourself the time and attention needed to keep your relationship viable. It's so easy to grow apart and become stale. I think we've drifted apart. I just don't know if we're going to be able to pull it back together and sometimes I wonder if I even want to. It's really sad. I think a lot of it is that he's depressed and hasn't admitted it-refuses help. I'm dragging him to counseling for our marriage and I hope that they will recognize he needs help for himself. Because if he doesn't change something, I can't keep trying
by ANONYMOUS on September 29th, 2009
Yeah counseling will help I think, maybe what you both need is a roadtrip, a vacation someplace where its just the two of you; step out of you normal routine, relax and get to know each other again
