will your local dealer not tell you? if nothing else get yourself a haynes or chilton manual if you can i know some BMW and MB they don't have one for. but might be able to get something here http://www.bmw-manual.com/

You're reading 1995 Bmw 525i My daughter's 1995 BMW 525i has a dead battery, and there is no owners manual to help me find out how to access the battery, which I believe is under one of the seats in the car. Can anyone help me with info on how to get to the Battery?

That's right - There are no fasteners holding down the seat bottom cushion.
