Insurance companies where you live must have a very strange idea of what constitutes cover. They are very good at taking premiums, but not so good at paying out on claims. As others say, get onto your home insurance provider and pray that they haven't taken your premiums only to provide inadequate cover.
Your should make a claim with your homeowners' insurance. They will go after her for the damages.

My friend is a plaintiff in a lawsuit, and says she is legally not allowed to miss court.Is this accurate? Can one be legally forced to sue?

You're reading Saturday night a woman crashed into my living room nearly hitting my wife and my little daughter; i called her insurance and they told me that her liability isnt that "good" i guess they trying to say is not goin to cover everything? what should i do?
