If a person falls or jumps off a skyscraper, do you think they feel the initial smack when they hit the ground, for like a split second before they die?

    if you land with your head down then no you wont feel a thing but if you land with your legs down then maybe for a split second you'll feel something cracking
    why is this on engineering category?it should be on creepy or medical or physics

    I can see a person passing out before they hit the ground, not sure about dying though. I don't see a really strong breeze killing a person lol.
