When your body goes into shock, your respiration's increase, your pulse increases, your blood pressure decreases, you begin to shake and sweat. Your body becomes weak and then you pass out and die if help doesn't arrive on time.
you more or less pass out
Basicly, it shuts down for self preservation.
Body temperature drops, blood pressure drops.
And associated problems.
