showing up loaded then light a smoke right in front of your boss, spit in his face and tell him to go F himself when he tells you to butt ou the smoke.
If some people didn't cooperate with their bosses likes or dislikes or didn't bitch with them, that fucking bosses will fire them too.

isn't it unfair that "at will" employee's can be fired without reason but we are expected to give 2 week notice if we want to quit
