I JUST FOUND OUT 1 OF MY FRIENDS IS GOING OUT WITH THE GIRL I LIKE, no he doesn't know i like her but the way i found was in band class the teacher said it out loud and he tryd to deny it... and i just about to make a move. sould i tell him, and tell her?

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but if she's already going out with him, telling her you like her, or making your move isn't going to help. As for telling your friend this, it will only make things very awkward between the two of you.
