Why do cruise lines demand full price be paid for an infant that won't eat the ship's food, is too young for the childrens' program, and isn't even allowed in the ship's pool, then try to tell me what a great deal the cruise is?

    Hmm, I'd say they aren't very customer service oriented, then.

    From your question, it sounds like more than one cruise line charges these prices, which surprises me. I was originally going to suggest that you shop around.

    Cruises always bring the same amount of food. A child is just taking the place of a adult since there is a maximum number of passengers. Everything is available and it is not the fault of the cruise line that it is not used.
