  • That's exactly what happened to me (or, that was the first in a chain of events which led me to do the rest). The way I went about it was volunteering, joining an action group and then I continued my volunteer work while I did my BA and MA in subjects I hope would allow me to build a career in a sector that I thought would allow me to help people and make a difference. So... you could do that. Its just about donating your time and/or money in which ever way suits you and your cause best. What you do and how you do it depends really on who you want to help, what help they need, and what skills you can bring to the table.

  • Don't spend money on bullshit.
  • If you really want to do something to stop poverty then vote out big government and Muslims while at the same time voting to maintain a strong military. Big government and Muslims destroy freedom which ultimately is the road to poverty.
  • Outside of the obvious choices of donating money to charities that provide for the needy and giving small donationations to the people that beg on street corners, you could volunteer your time occasionally to help out at a worthwhile organization that welcomes volunteers, such as a hospital or a mission outreach.
