Pay the child support to the grandparents. When your wife goes to court about it (if she does), tell the judge your story, and show the canceled checks. The parents will probably back you up, because they don't want to lose that income.
You do want to support your child, presumably?
If plea bargaining resolves most cases then when does "beyond a reasonable doubt" ever get a voice/chance/test? How is that reasonable?

Legal age in TN that child can choose where child can live? Are grandparents a choice for child?

You're reading I pay child support for a child i never sew. The mother is a huge drug addict and has told me the child doesnt even live with her but im still paying the druggy. How can i prove the child doesnt live there, and that she lives with the grandparents instead
