It depends on the specification. Usually when a company has one, they are easily provable. Such as having a degree in the required field, lifting the minimum weight, etc.
Most of the time your resume will show this. Make sure you write a good one, but don't lie. A company can and will fire you for doing so.
What do you mean by "deomonstrate". That sounds like an actual audition.
If you mean how to commuicate confidence, you need to site examples of past experiences that showed you as a leader, a take charge kind of person that were similar to what is being asked of you in the present job.
