I'm interviewing for a job in a TINY (thus no chance for internal progression) organisation. At the interview, how can I show them I am ambitious, and want to be successful, without implying that I will leave them if I get a better offer in a year or so?

    Express your ambition to build up your knowledge and skills - to become a more competent and productive person. Put your ambitions over as more a college-style wish to learn than a business-style climbing the ladder
