Which one is right?
The manager didn't like the way his employees (treated,treating) customers.
I am a asian student. Plz, help me.
(I want to express that The manager thought that his employees didn't treat customers well.)

    Treated.
    Also acceptable: "were treating"

    "Treating" is a participle in this case, which is why "were" is required; and so "treated" is the correct choice.
